PRIVACY

1. What We Collect

When you use Brand My Dick ("BMD", "the Platform"), we collect the following:

  • →Account information — your name, email, and profile picture, obtained when you sign in with Google or X.
  • →Bid and transaction data — zones bid on, amounts, uploaded logos, and payment confirmations.
  • →Usage data & analytics — page views via Vemetric. The public dashboard is at app.vemetric.com/public/brandmydick.com.
  • →Cookies — one first-party cookie (bmd_18) for age confirmation and session management. Vemetric does not set a tracking cookie. See our Cookie Policy.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • →To authenticate you and maintain your session.
  • →To process bids and display your handle or sponsor info on won zones.
  • →To generate shareable previews when you post about the Platform.
  • →To improve features, performance, and user experience.

3. Third-Party Services

We use secure third-party services for authentication, payment processing (Dodo Payments), storage (Cloudflare R2), analytics (Vemetric), and hosting. Each service operates under its own privacy policy and only processes data necessary to provide its function. We do not grant these services broader access to your information than required.

4. What We Do Not Do

  • →We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
  • →We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
  • →We do not store your payment card details.
  • →We do not track you across other websites.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account data and bid history while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us. We may retain certain data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

7. Children's Privacy

This Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children and will delete any such information promptly if discovered.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on the Platform or by email. Continued use of BMD after changes constitutes acceptance.
